Here's a quick rundown on what we've been doing this week at EdenWeb.

Marketo

One of my UK technology clients are relaunching their website shortly. So to coincide with the new look and feel, we're updating the templates across all the Marketo landing pages and email newsletters. Marketo is a web-based B2B Marketing Automation & Lead Generation tool and the type of service that is a great fit for any Marketing and Sales folks who are up to date on terms such as 'landing pages', 'split-testing', 'landing page optimisation' etc.

First impressions on Marketo are positive but they really need to address some of their user interface design and functionality on the client side of things. More on that later...

Texaco Children's Art Competition

In just a few days time, the latest winners of the Texaco Children's Art Competition will be announced. We're updating the galleries and preparing the website with the latest updates which will be launched on Tuesday 12th April. This year the competition received over 31,000 entries! Luckily for us, only 161 paintings need to be updated on the gallery. Until the 2011 paintings are launched, have a look at the last years winning and special merit paintings over on the current gallery. There's some amazing talent out there.
